Terms of Use

1. The game

Kiến Tạo Sử is a free strategy game inspired by Vietnamese history. The branches, events and outcomes in the game are fictional, made to entertain and spark curiosity about history; they are not an official historical record.

2. Accounts

An account is optional. You are responsible for keeping safe the e-mail or Google account you sign in with. Each person should use one account.

3. Fair play

Do not interfere with the server, exploit bugs, or use automated tools to distort scores or the leaderboard. The administrators may hide cheated results and suspend accounts that break these rules.

4. The forum

• Respect others; no insults, discrimination, harassment, spam or advertising.
• Do not post content that breaks Vietnamese law, distorts history with bad intent, or infringes the rights of others.
• The administrators may hide posts, lock topics or suspend accounts when needed. Bug reports and feedback are always welcome.

5. No warranty

The game is provided “as is”. We do our best to keep the service stable but do not guarantee it will never be interrupted; a run saved in your browser may be lost if you clear your browser data or when the game changes its rules.

6. Contact

Please send any question through the Feedback section of the forum. See also the Privacy Policy.
